Straighten Up and Fly Right

I don’t want to break this habit. Writing about what makes me happy is simply one of the greatest joys of my life right now. So I promise to periodically drop in and be brief or pontificate about what brings a smile to my face.

Today I couldn’t stop looking to the skies. It must be getting a touch cold here in Lincoln, because the Monarch butterflies on campus are taking off for warmer environs. And they all decided to pack and skip town on the same day it seems. They were everywhere! It was an idyllic day full of those brilliant orange fliers flitting their way South. I hope there are a few stragglers tomorrow.
